A separate room of fire proof construction shall a provided for fi lm rewinding and the room shall not be used for any other purpose except for fi lm rewinding and the room shall not be used for any other purpose except for storing the fi lms not in use ( It shall not, however, be necessary to have a separate room for rewinding fi lms with acetate base).
