Section 62: Transforming and converting machinery

(1) Transforming and converting machinery with the controll ing switches and cut -outs shall be placed in a f ire-proof and water -proof structure, adequately venti lated to the outside air , properly l ighted and accessible to the management and shall be used for not other purpose.

(2) No transformer which under normal conditions of load heats to abo ve 130°F shall be used and the transformer circuits shall be so arranged that in no circumstances may a contact between the primary and secondary coils be established.
