All main switches, fuses and l ike fi t t ings which are the property of the Electr ic Supply Co., shall be dist inguis hed by red colour and every apparatus which is to be operated by authorised persons only shall be made completely inaccessible to the public.

72. Operators- The electrical plant and projecting apparatus shall be in the hands of qualified persons who shall be nominated in writ ing for this purpose by l icensee of the cinema, and such nomination shall be subject to the approval of the Electrical Inspector :

Provided that the electrical installation shall be in charge of a proper ly qualified person (Class II Wireman) and his name and qualification shall be notified to the Electrical Inspector for approval.
