Section 87: Permission for building

No person shall put up any building or structure or convert exist ing premises for being used as a cinema except with the previous permission in writ ing of the l icensing authority.

88. Application for permission, --Any person desiring to put up a building or structure to be used as a cinema shall make an application in writ ing to the l icensing authority. Each such application shall be acco mpanied by a true copy of the "no objection cert if icate" issued by Government or the l icensing authority in respect of the si te where the cinema is proposed to be put up.
