After the plans are finally approved by the Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Officer concerned the l icensing authority may grant permission in writ ing to the applicant to put up the cinema in accordance with the plans finally approved, provided the permission granted under these rules does not dispense with the necessity of obtaining the requisite sanction under the munici pal Acts or any other law for the t ime being in force.
