Section 18: Loss of Identity Card

The Employees’ State Insurance (General) RegulationsState Regulations of Chhattisgarh · 1948

In case of loss, defacement or destruction of an Identity Card, the insured person shall report the matter to the appropriate Branch Office, and the Corporation may issue a duplicate copy of the Identity Card subject to such conditions and payment of such fees as may be determined by the Director-General.
