Section 59: Intermediate certificates

The Employees’ State Insurance (General) RegulationsState Regulations of Chhattisgarh · 1948

If the final certificate is not issued within seven days of the date of the first certificate, an insured person shall, except where the case is covered by regulation 61, submit certificates in the form of intermediate certificates Form 7 at intervals of not more than seven days each, commencing from the date of the first certificate.
