Section 9: Chairman of the meeting

The Employee's State Insurance Rule 1950State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1948

The Chairman, or in his absence the Vice-Chairman, if any, of the Corporation, the Standing Committee or the Medical Benefit Council, as the case may be, shall preside at the meetings. In the event of the absence of both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, if any, the members present may elect one from amongst themselves to preside.
