Section 6: Registration, in Tahsil office, of trees

(1) If the land of any Bhumiswami has, tree, naturally grown or planted, as agriculture, before or after the coming into force of this rule, and it is not recorded in the relevant revenue records, the Bhumiswami shall give intimation in form-A to the Tahsildar and the forest range officer, within six months of the coming into force of this rule.

(2) On receiving the intimation in form-A, the Tahsil office shall register in From-B after field verification. Tahsildar shall ensure the entries of the registered trees in the revenue (Panchsala khasra). The entries of current status shall be made in annual crop- survey also.
