The Competent Authority shall maintain a Register in FORM-3wherein the full det~ls of the registration certificate, issued under these rules shall be entered together with terms or conditions. subject to.which registration certificat€(has been granted and it shall contain full address of the applicant. Every person who has obtained the registration certificate shall inform -he Compe~entAuthority in case of any change in his address. \
