Section 11: Supplying information about death of animal and non-removal of carcasses

Whenever any animal dies within the limits of thc Gram Panchayat, the owner or the person in-charge of the animal arid in the' absence of the owner such person, the occupier of the premises in which the death Occurs shall give immediately, the information of such death ann that of non-removal of the carcass either orally or in writing to the Sarpanch or the Secretcuy of the Gram Panchayat or such person as the Gram Panchayat may appoint in this behalf. Such information shallcontain:

(a) The name of details of the street in which the death has occurred;and .. --- -- - - -'---- ". - - .•..-- - - -~-..•(h) The -number or ~details -oCthe--house orpreinises in which the carcass lies.
