Section 16: Setting apart places for preparation of manure

(l) The Gram Panchayat shall set apart places for deposit of offensive matters for the purpose of preparation of manure. •

(2)No person shall deposit or store or throw or cause to be thrown an offensive matter in a public place except in a place set apart for the purpose.

PART - IV 17~Penalty. - A breach of any of the above rules shall be punishable .

with fine which may extend to two hundred fifty rupees and if the breach is continued with a further fine which may extend td five rupees for every day during the breach continues a=ter the first conviction.
