. (a) "Ad" means the Madhya P~adesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993 (No.1 of 1994); .

. (b) "Animal" means Elephant, Camel, Buffalo, Ox, Cow, Horse, Pony, .

Mule, 'Ass. Calf, Deer, Sheep, Pig, Goat, Cat or Dog both male and female including kids;

(c) "Licensee"means a person who has been granted a licence for the purposes of these rules.

(d) ~'Co-operativeSociety" means a society, registered under the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act. 1960 (No. 17 of 1961);

(e) "Sarpanch" means Sarpanch of the Gr~ Panchayat;

(f) "Secretary" means secretary of the Gram Panchayat.
