These Regulations may be called the Madhya Pradesh Griha Nirman Mandal Regulations, 1998 and shall substitute the M.P. Housing Board Regulations, 1977 as amended in 1986, 1990 and 1998. All rules, .regulations, circulars, instructions and resolutions of the Board issued prior to the coming into force of these Regulations are hereby superseded in so far as they arc inconsistent with the provisions of those Regulations.
