The Human organ transplantation act 1994.State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 42 of 1994

No registered medical practitioner or transplantation of any '[human organ or tissue or both] unless he has as may be prescribed, all possible effects, complications and hazards transplantation to the donor and the recipient respectively.
