A Board, Court, Labour Court or Tribunal or an Arbitrator 21. Procedure at the first sitting.- At the first sitting of a Board, Coult, may accept. admit or call for evidence at any stage of the proceedings before it/him labour Court, or Tribunal, the Chairman or the Presiding Officer as th~ ma and in such manner as it/he may think fit. i,shall call upon the parties in such order as he may think fitto state their case.
