Section 39: Number of members

The Industrial Disputes Rule 1957State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1947

The number o: members constituting the Committee shall be fixed so as to afford repr~sentat1on to the various categories, roups and classes of _workmen engaged m, and to the sections, shops or :epartrnents of the establishment:

Provided that the total numberof members shall not exceed twenty:

Provided further that the number of representatives of the workmen shall not be less than the number of representatives of the employer.
