Section 65: Time for ubmi ion of report

(2) If for any rea · n the Comm i · ion r antici.,ate that the date fixed for the submission ofhi r p rt i · Iii.:'!_ to x ded. he shall apply, before the expiry of the said date. fore. ·ten i n f tim tt ing forth grounds thereof and the Labour Court shall take uch ground into on ideration in passing order on the application :

Pro ided that the Labour ourt may grant e tension of time notwithstanding that no application for uch xt n ion has been received from the Commissioner within the prescribed time-l imit.
