(5) Appointment of the Members of the Child Welfare Committee may be terminated in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (7) of Section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection ofChildren)Act, 2015 (No.2of2016).

(8) If the selected member is in a profession/service, which can affect his work as a member of the Child Welfare Committee, then he will have to postpone his work of existing profession/service. Jfthe selected member is in a profession/service which can affect his work as a member of the Juvenile Justice Board then he shall have to postpone his work of existing profession/service. Advocates selected in the Juvenile Justice Board, shall not be able to practice during his/her tenure in the Board and for this they shall have to get their registration/license suspended from the Chhattisgarh State Bar Council for the period of their tenure in Juvenile Justice Board and they have to provide the relevant documents in this regard to the department.
