Section 18: Fees for applying for Government Approved Test Centre of weights or measures to be deposited

The Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2018State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 2010

(1) At the time of applying and renewal for the Government Approved Teat Centre, a fee of Ten Thousand rupees shall be deposited in the form of demand.

(2) The same amount of fee shall also be deposited by the applicant at the time of addition of one or more weights or measures for verification in the certificate of Government Approved Test Centre.
