Section 7: Fee for verification or re-verification

The Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2018State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 2010

(1) The fee payable to test centre for verification or reverification of weights or measures shall be the same as specified in the Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.

(2) Any weights or measures rejected on verification shall be returned to the user for necessary repair and after repair the weight or measure may be accepted for verification on re-payment of verification fee.
