Section 4: Honorarium, Allowances, terms and conditions of the service of the Chairperson and the members of the Committee

(1) The Chairperson and the members of the Committee shall be paid an honorarium @ Rs. 800 and Rs. 600 respectively per day for the meeting but maximum amount of honorarium payable in any month shall not exceed in case of Chairperson Rs.

8000 and in case of a member Rs. 6000 irrespective of the number of meeting in that month.

(2) The member of the Committee, while on official tour, shall be entitled for such travelling and daily allowance as may be admissible to the Class I Officers of the State Government.
