5. For discharging the 'functions entrusted under Section 4, the Gram Panchayat Level Committee shall be subject to superintendence and guidance of the Block Level Committee and District Level Committee. The Block Level Committee shall be subject to the superintendence and guidance of District Level Committee and the Imtrict Lc:vel Committees shall be subject to the superintendence and guidance of the State Level Committee. 6. The Officer or authority exercising the . power and performing tlie duties under any Act, shall, in exercise or pcrf ormance of such powers of duties, give due consideration to the guid~ given by the committees constituted under this Act ..
7. The State Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule and thereupon the said Schedule shall stand amended accordingly.
8. (l) The State Government may. by notification . make rules for carrying ir~to effect the provi~ions of this Act.

(a) "Dinda~l Antyoday Karyakra:11" means the Karyakram specified in the Schedule ;
