(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Krishi-Hhumi Dharkakon Ka Udhar Dene Walon Ke Bhumi Iiadapane Sambandhi Kuchakron Se Paritran Tatha Mukti Adhiniyam, 1976.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 1971.
