Section 3: Saving of Act 33 of 1962

Nothing in these rules shall affect the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 ( 33 of 1962) 3 [and the rules made thereunder in respect of licensing relating to atomic minerals listed in Part B of the First Schedule to the Act.]
