Section 70: Sand not be treated as minor mineral when used for certain purposes
Mineral Concession Rules,1960State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1957
Sand shall not be treated as a minor mineral when used for any of the following purposes, namely:-
(i) purposes of refractory and manufacture of ceramic;
(ii) metallurgical purposes;
(iii) optical purposes;
(iv) purposes of stowing in coal mines;
(v) for manufacture of silvicrete cement;
(vi) for manufacture of sodium silicate;
(vii) for manufacture of pottery and glass.
