Section 46: Average sale price in respect of run-of- mine

(1) Based on such geological studies as may be deemed to be necessary and the data/information furnished in the Mining Plan by the lessee, the Indian Bureau of Mines shall establish the average percentages of lumps and fines present in run-of-mine for a State. Such average percentage of lumps and fines may be revised by Indian Bureau of Mines as and when found necessary.

(2) The Indian Bureau of Mines shall publish the data sources and methodology used for arriving at such average percentages in respect of any mineral.
