Section 52J: Appeal

The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1915

(1) Appeal against a decision or order made or passed under rule 52-1 may be filed by the person against whom such decision or order has been made or passed, to the Secretary to the State Government responsible for implementation of the Drugs and Cosmetic Rules, 1945 in the State within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of such decision or order to him.

(2) Every memorandum of appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the decision or order appealed against.
