Section 52M: Disposal of stocks of essential narcotic drugs on expiry, surrender, cancellation of authorisation, etc

The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1915

(1) Such stocks of essential narcotic drugs as may be in the possession of an authorised person, on the expiry or cancellation or surrender of his authorisation, shall be disposed of in such manner as may be specified by the Controller of Drugs in this behalf.

(2) The expired stock of essential narcotic drugs as may be in the possession of an authorised person or a registered medical practitioner shall be destroyed in such manner as may be specified by the Controller of Drugs.]
