(l) Where the Governor or the authority authorised by him decides under sub-section (1) of Section 126 to disestablish any village he/it shall declare his/its intention in the form of proposal to do so by pubjshing a notification specified the village proposed to be disestablished in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" and by affixing a co:)y thereof on the notice board of the Gram Panchayat concerned.

(2) the provisions of sub-rule (3)of Rule 3 shall apply to the notification under sub-rule (1). .
