Section 5: Register of Wages

The Payment of Wages Rule 1962State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1936

A Register of Wages shall be maintained in every factory and may be kept in such form as the pay-master finds convenient but shall incl ude the following particulars:-

(a) name, ticket number and designation of each employee; (b) rate _of salary or wages of each employed person; ( c) part!culars of attendance put in by each worker or quantum of work with particulars ther~of performed by each employee engaged on piece work. m the wage penod; · (d) the gross wa_ges earned by each person employed for each wage period: (e) ad~ance against wages of the period made to each employee in the wa;e penod;
