Section 20: Inspection at special t imes

The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Boilers Rules, 1969.State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1923

No examination of a boiler shall be made by an Inspector for the purpose of registering or renewing the cert if icate of a boiler on a Sunday or on a public holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, or between the hours of sunset and sunrise without the specific orders of the Chief Inspector in each case.
