Section 3: Payment of fees and costs

The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Boilers Rules, 1969.State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1923

All fees and costs payable under the Act or regulations or rules framed thereunder shall be deposited into a Government treasury.

An application to which the treasury receipt is affixed shall be deemed to be accompanied by the prescribed fee. All fees and costs levied under the Act shall be disposed of in such manner as the Government shall direct , form line to t ime.
