Section 37: Panel of assessors

The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Boilers Rules, 1969.State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1923

The Government shall consti tute a panel of assessors for the purpose of assist ing the appellate auth ority in the hearing of appeals.

Assessors shall be competent persons with necessary technical knowledge and experience and must be qualified mechanical engineers.
