Section 19C: Certificates of registration

The Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 25 of 1867

On receiving from the Magistrate under section 6 a copy of the declaration in respect of a newspaper 6 [and on the publication of such newspaper,

1. Subs. by Act 10 of 1890, s. 6, for “copies thereof in manner aforesaid”.

2. Last sentence of section 18 rep. by Act 3 of 1914, s. 15 and the Second Schedule.
