If any question arises as to the application or interpretation of any of the provisions of this regulation, the same shall be decided by the Commission and the decision of the Commission shall be final and binding. The Commission shall have power to remove difficulties in implementing the regulations.
26. Applicability of Chhattisgarh Civil Services ( Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 and Chhattisgarh Civil Services ( General Condition of Service) Rules, 1961.
(a) Subject to the provisions of this Regulation, the Chhattisgarh Civil Services ( Classification,.
Control and Appeal) Rules 1966, Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965 and . Chhattisgarh Civil Services ( General Conditions of Services) Rules, 1961, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable, mutatis mutandis, tot he officers and employees of the Commission.
