Section 13: Annual Report to be laid before the Assembly

The Chhattisgarh Rajya Alpsankhyak Ayog Adhiniyam, 1996State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 15 of 1996

The State Government shall cause the annual report together with a memorandum of action taken on the recommendations contained therein and the reasons for the non - 7 acceptance, if any of such recommenda tions and the audit report to be laid as soon as may be after the report is received, before the Legislative Assembly.
