(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Sarvajanik Upakramon Ke Karmachariyon Ka Lok Seva Me Samviliyan Pratishedh Adhiniyam, 2000.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
