The Seeds Rules 1968State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1966

In deciding appeals under the Act the appellate authority shall exercise all the powers which a Court has and shaU follow the same procedure which a Court follows in deciding appeals from the decree or order of an original Court under the Code of Cvil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908).

PART IX-Seed Anafy5ts and Seed Inspectors ~0. Qualifications of Seed Analysis.-A person shall not be qualified for appointment as Seed Analyst unless he-

(i) possesses a Master's or equivalent degree in Agriculture or Agronomy or Botany or Horticulture of a Oniversity recognised for this purpose by the Government and has had not less than one year's experience in seed technology; or

(ii) posses~es a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture ~r Botany ofa University recognised for this purpose by the Government and ha~ had not Jess than three vears• experience in seed technology.
