Section 16: Emoluments of the consulting engineer

The State Board may pay the consulting engineer suitable emoluments of fees depending on the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Madhya Pradesh, Rules 1975 Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Bhopal nature of work, and the qualifications and experience of the consulting engineer:

Provided that the State Board shall not appoint any person as consulting engineer without the prior approval of the State Government if the emoluments or fees payable to him exceeds rupees one thousand five hundred per month.
