Section 8: Creation and abolition of posts

Water (Prevention and Control of Madhya Pradesh Pollution) Rules, 1975.State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1974

The State Board may create such posts as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and may abolish any post, so created:

Provided that for the creation of. and appointments to. posts, the maximum of the scale of which is above Rs. 1500 per month the State Board shall obtain prior sanction of the State Government.
