The Chairman may co-opt the Chief Executive Officer or any one or more of the regional officers or any officer of the Central Government as a member or members of the Board for the purpose of attending a particular meeting of the Board and such officer or officers shall then be entitled to participate in the deliberations of the Board at that meeting but shall not be entitled to vote.
