Section 14: Disposal of application under sections 5, 6 and 7A.

The Citizenship Act, 1955Central Act · Act 57 of 1955

(1) The prescribed authority or the Central Government may, in its discretion, grant or refuse an application under [sections 5, 6 and 7A] and shall not be required to assign any reasons for such grant or refusal.

(2) Subject to the provisions of section l5 the decision of the prescribed authority or the Central Government on any such application as aforesaid shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
