Section 14: Death of contesting candidate before poll

If a contesting candidate dies after the publication of the list in Form C-XVIH and the report of his death is received before the commencement of t ie poll and the Director is satisfied of the fact of the death of the candidate, proceedings shall be taken in accordance with provision of rule 15.
