Section 29: Arrangements of valid ballot papers in parcels

after rejecting the ballot papers which are invalid, the Director shall-

(a) arrange the remaining ballot paper in parcels according to the First preference recorded for each candidate;

(b) Count and record the number of papers in each parcels and the total number; and

(c) Credit to each candidate die value of die papers in his parcel.
