(I) If in the opinion of the Board, it is necessary or desirable that any measures, including stowing, required in furtherance of the objects of this Ordinance should be undertaken directly by the Board, the Btfard may execute or cause to be executed such measures under its own supervision.
(2) For the purposes of this section, the Board shall have the right for itself rind all persons employed in the execution of any work undertaken under this section to enter upon any property in which the work has to be done, and to do therein all things necessary for the execution of the work.
(3) No person shall obstruct or interfere with the execution of any work undertaken under this section and no person shall remove or tamper with any plant or machinery or any stowing or other materials used in the execution of such work.
(4) Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (3) shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine or with both.
