Section 30: Award of good conduct badges

All enrolled persons shall be eligible for the award of Good Conduct Badges in accordance with these rules. Good Conduct Badge shall not be awarded or restored as a matter of course merely because a person has avoided serious punishments. If the Commanding Officer is satisfied that an enrolled person is fully qualified in accordance with these rules and is deserving of the award, a badge shall be conferred, when due. The maximum number of badges that an enrolled person may earn during his service shall be three.
