Section 44: Settlement of fees

Coast Guard (Condition of Service) Rules, 1986Central Rules · 1978

The amount of fees agreed upon shall immediately be reported to the Central Government together with an estimate of the total cost involved.

On conclusion of the case, a report of the result and a complete statement of costs shall be forwarded to the Central Government.
