Section 55: Deductions awarded by Coast Guard Courts and other authorities

Deductions may be made from the pay and allowances of a person subject to the Act in respect of any sentence of fine, forfeiture or mulcts of pay and allowances awarded in pursuance of the Act by a Coast Guard Court or by the Commanding Officer.
