Section 32: Place of trial and jurisdiction of court.

The Coastal Shipping Act, 2025Central Act · Act 20 of 2025

Any person who commits an offence under this Act or any rules made thereunder, may be tried for such offence in any place in which such person may be found, or in any court which the Central Government may, by notification, direct in this behalf, or in any court in which such person might be tried under any other law for time being in force in India.
